A Central Dining Destination

Dining at The Bay is designed to be one of the signature shared experiences within the Feydhoo Tourism Zone.

The project will feature a large restaurant with an overall seating capacity of approximately 400 guests, making it suitable for daily dining, group service, casual social gatherings and private functions.

The concept combines indoor dining spaces with outdoor beachfront and deck seating, creating a flexible environment that feels lively, open and connected to the coastal setting.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is designed as the operational and guest-arrival heart of the restaurant, combining service functions with an open dining environment.

First Floor

The first floor provides a more layered dining experience, allowing for both private gatherings and elevated indoor seating with improved outlook over the surroundings.

Indoor and Outdoor Dining

The restaurant includes approximately 13,000 square feet of built-up indoor dining space across the ground and first floors.

In addition, the venue will include approximately 15,000 square feet of outdoor dining space across the beachside and deck areas, allowing guests to enjoy a more open-air setting.

The menu direction is centred around international cuisine, giving the venue broad appeal for in-house guests as well as visitors within the tourism zone.

Flexible for Everyday Dining and Special Occasions

With a combination of buffet service, bar space, private dining rooms and outdoor seating, the dining venue is intended to support both day-to-day guest use and more curated events.

This flexibility allows the restaurant to function as a lively social hub within the zone while also supporting more intimate meals, group bookings and hospitality events.
