Established in 2014, Premier Property Pvt Ltd (Reg. C-0158/2014) is the first dedicated property management company in the Maldives. Founded by Dr. Hassan Saeed, who pioneered condominium management and set the benchmark for legal frameworks still used today, we continue to lead the industry with professionalism and innovation.
